Bastione Querini

The Bastione Querini was one of the two side of entrance from the lake, to the fortress.

It gave access to the boats and crafts when the twin bastion was present, before being demolished in 1906. It is possible to see, in the image displayed, by the architect Bazzoffia Alessandro, a reproduction of the construction technique of the Bastions of Peschiera del Garda.

From this position you can continue along the port, and stop at the first station to visit the Shipyard.
